لان الايام يستخدم معاها حرف الجر ON

على الرغم من أن كلمة ( telephone ) قابلة للعد ، إلا أن التعبيـر الإصطلاحي ( by telephone ) لا يأخذ ( a )

لأن كلمة good هي صفة و لا يمكن استخدامها محل الحال well
أما إذا كان المراد وصف اللغة نفسها فيجب تغيير ترتيب الجملة الى

لأن الفعل teach معناه أن شخصا ما يعلّمك و إنك تتلقى العلم منه
البعض اذا ارادو ان يقولوا للمدرس انه جاء بشي في الاختبار لم يعطيهم اياه يقولون

I saw a lot of times to then v+ing and this is against what we learend in the uneversity
The expression look forward to + ing (and others formed in the same way) often cause learners confusion, because, when studying gerunds and infinitives, they learn that the word to is usually followed by an infinitive:
I want to go.
I need to see you.
I promise to give it to him.
Because of this, learners tend to write/say I look forward to see you, etc. This is incorrect.
The reason for this lies in the fact that the word to can be an infinitive marker (as in the three examples above), but it can also be a preposition. When to is a preposition, it can be followed either by a noun or by the -ing form of the verb:
I look forward to our meeting.
I look forward to meeting you.
Other common expressions that work in the same way are:

in نستخدمها قبل ذكر رقم السنة مثلاً : in 2003

وهذا خطأ شائع في إستخدام اللغة
لا تقل All Saudi people are selfish

Most/some Saudi people are selfish
لأن كلمة (All) تستخدم للدلالة على الكل، بينما ليس هناك مجتمع من المجتمعات في العالم تنطبق عليه كلمة (All)، لكن نستطيع إستخدامها للمبالغة فقط وفقط.
مثلا:
All Israeli people are betrayers
